The project began with removing the original bungalow from the foundation, a full height addition added to the foundation, and a new custom built bungalow built atop of it. This completely redesigned and modernized contemporary bungalow features over 3,000 sq ft of living space inclusive of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It features bright, natural materials, nine foot ceilings throughout with a beautifully vaulted living room ceiling. Custom walnut and lacquered millwork compliments nearly every room along with balanced fixturing. The home is warm and welcoming at every turn, including the lower level, thanks to the oversized basement windows, radiant heated concrete slab, and well-appointed lower bathroom.
